Current national threat level is: SUBSTANTIAL

The threat to Northern Ireland from Northern Ireland-related terrorism is: SEVERE.

The threat of terrorism in the UK is real, but with a little knowledge you can increase your safety and help protect yourself against a terrorist attack.

Police and security agencies are working tirelessly to protect the public but it is also important that communities remain vigilant and aware of how to protect themselves if the need arises.

The images on both sides show how to stay safe when you’re out and about and how to report any suspicious behaviour that could be connected to terrorism

To report an imminent threat call 999 or ring the Anti-Terrorist Hotline on 0800 789 321

Travelling on the trains? use BTP text messaging service to report crime or suspicious activity.  SEE IT, SAY IT, SORTED.
